A newly refurbished apartment with up to 9 large and spacious, well equipped and managed private rooms available to accommodate from 1 to 22 persons, recently available for a short and a long term stay, situated in one of the most famous neighborhood in Diagonal, close to metro Hospital Clinic or metro Diagonal (Line 5 or the Blue Line). Convinient to get to from the airport with a direct train to sants follow by a direct metro to hospital clinic.

Ideally for anyone such as tourists (backpackers), couples, students and professionals etc.

Short distance from central locations and all the major hot spots in Barcelona such as Rumbla, Catalunya, Sants, Sagrada Familier Espanya and much more. Please study the map for better understanding.

Also convenient to get to the Beach and the famous football stadium (Camp Nou).

Newly furnished rooms including superior quality mattresses has just been place to provide extra comfort plus clean bed sheets and pillow covers are provided alongside with all basic requirements both in the Kitchen microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridges etc and the bathroom.

The rooms are large and spacious with plenty of air ventilation and natural sunlight. The apartment is quite and peaceful with no traffic noise, horns, neighbours interference etc.

Perfect place to enjoy Barcelona for those with a limited budget while having the opportunity to interact with others from all around the World. The area is rich and commercial with Internationally known brands, designer labels, restaurants from different part of the World, cafes, bars and famous night clubs close by.

The keys to access the building, the apartment, the room and for your private locker will be provided on arrival. There will be 24 hour access and exit allowed so no time restriction available as a condition. A friendly door man is available for extra security and general assistant around the place.

Even more reduction on daily rate is available for a large group of 6 persons staying for more than a week.

The check in time will be discuss prior to your arrival making sure you are received, before all necessary keys are handed over.

The prices are kept affordable but the standard of living has been kept well!
